Hesabını silme

Hesabını ve hesabına bağlı verileri kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. İki yol var: NOYGG uygulamasına girebiliyorsan en hızlısı uygulama içinden silmek; giremiyorsan e-postayla talep gönderebilirsin.

Uygulamadan silme

• NOYGG uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
• Sağ üstteki dişli simgesinden Ayarlar'ı aç.
• Hesabımı sil seçeneğine dokun.
• Kalıcı olarak sil onayını ver.

Onayladığın an hesaba erişimin biter. Kimsenin onayını beklemezsin ve işlem geri alınamaz.

E-posta ile silme talebi

Uygulamaya giremiyorsan hesabında kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@noygg.com adresine yaz ve NOYGG hesabının silinmesini iste. Başkasının hesabının silinmemesi için kimliğini doğrulayacak makul bilgiler isteyebiliriz. Doğrulamadan sonra talebi gereksiz gecikme olmadan işleme alırız; bittiğinde aynı adresten haber veririz.

Silinenler

• Hesap ve oturum: e-posta, görünen ad, tanıtım, parola doğrulama verisi ve hukuki beyan kayıtları
• Üyelik davetleri, davet bağları, engeller, askı ve hesapla ilişkili oda erişim kayıtları
• Bildirim için kendi sunucumuzda tutulan FCM jetonu
• Tarafı olduğun şikâyet satırları, notları ve vaka bağlamı tamamen silinir; takma adlı arşiv, vaka özeti veya sayaç tutulmaz
• Sahibi olduğun odalar; odalar başka bir katılımcıya devredilmeden kapanır

Ses hiç kaydedilmiyor, dolayısıyla silinecek bir kayıt veya transkript de yok.

Silme ne zaman biter?

Ana veritabanı temizliği normalde silme isteğinin içinde biter. Geçici bir veritabanı hatası olursa hesap yine anında kilitlenir ve dakikada bir çalışan görev temizliği yeniden dener. Canlı ses sunucusundaki oda, katılımcı ve konuşma yetkisi temizliği ana silme kararından sonra arka planda tamamlanabilir; bu sırada hesabı yeniden kullanamazsın.

Uygulama ayrıca Firebase Installation ID için Google'a silme isteği gönderir. Google'ın kendi açıklamasına göre bu istekten sonra FID'nin canlı ve yedek sistemlerinden kaldırılması 180 günü bulabiliyor; orası bizim elimizde değil.

Yedekler ve günlükler

Yedeklerin ne kadar sürede temizlendiğine dair ölçülmüş sabit bir süremiz yok; bu yüzden “tüm yedeklerden 7 günde silinir” gibi bir söz vermiyoruz. Teknik güvenlik günlükleri ve varsa yedek kopyalar için güncel durumu support@noygg.com adresinden isteyebilirsin.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and everything linked to it. There are two ways: if you can sign in to NOYGG, deleting from inside the app is fastest; if you cannot get in, send us a request by email.

Delete in the app

• Open NOYGG and sign in.
• Open Settings with the gear icon at the top right.
• Tap Delete my account.
• Confirm Delete permanently.

Access ends the moment you confirm. You are not waiting for anyone's approval, and the action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot get into the app, email support@noygg.com from the address registered to the account and ask us to delete your NOYGG account. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm it is you — otherwise anyone could have someone else's account deleted. Once you are verified we process the request without unnecessary delay and tell you at the same address when it is done.

What is deleted

• Account and session data: email, display name, bio, password verification data and legal-declaration records
• Membership invitations and links, blocks, suspension and account-related room-access records
• The FCM registration token held on our own server
• Every report row involving you, including its note and case context; no pseudonymous archive, case summary or counter is retained
• Every room you own; rooms close without being transferred to another participant

Audio is never recorded, so there is no recording or transcript to delete in the first place.

When is it finished?

Primary database cleanup normally finishes inside the deletion request itself. If a temporary database error gets in the way, the account is still locked immediately and a task retries the cleanup every minute. Room, participant and speaking-permission cleanup on the live-audio server can finish in the background after the primary deletion decision; you cannot use the account during that time.

The app also asks Google to delete the Firebase Installation ID. By Google's own account, removing the FID from its live and backup systems can take up to 180 days after that request — that part is out of our hands.

Backups and logs

We have no measured, fixed period for clearing backups, so we do not promise that every backup is cleared “within 7 days”. You can ask us for the current lifecycle of technical security logs and any backup copies at support@noygg.com.
