Hesabını silme

Hesabını ve hesabına bağlı verileri kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. İki yol var: NOYGG uygulamasına girebiliyorsan en hızlısı uygulama içinden silmek; giremiyorsan e-postayla talep gönderebilirsin.

Uygulamadan silme

• NOYGG uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
• Sağ üstteki dişli simgesinden Ayarlar'ı aç.
• Hesabımı sil seçeneğine dokun.
• Kalıcı olarak sil onayını ver.

Onayladığın an hesaba erişimin biter. Kimsenin onayını beklemezsin ve işlem geri alınamaz.

E-posta ile silme talebi

Uygulamaya giremiyorsan hesabında kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@noygg.com adresine yaz ve NOYGG hesabının silinmesini iste. Başkasının hesabının silinmemesi için kimliğini doğrulayacak makul bilgiler isteyebiliriz. Doğrulamadan sonra talebi gereksiz gecikme olmadan işleme alırız; bittiğinde aynı adresten haber veririz.

Silinenler

• Hesap ve oturum: e-posta, görünen ad, tanıtım, parola doğrulama verisi ve hukuki beyan kayıtları
• Görünen ad geçmişin, hesap güvenlik olayların, destek ve itiraz yazışmaların
• Üyelik davetleri, davet bağları, engeller, askı ve hesapla ilişkili oda erişim kayıtları
• Bildirimler için sunucumuzda tutulan cihaz jetonu (FCM)
• Tarafı olduğun kapanmış şikâyetler, notları ve bağlamıyla tamamen silinir; takma adlı arşiv, vaka özeti veya sayaç tutulmaz
• Sahibi olduğun odalar; odalar başka bir katılımcıya devredilmeden kapanır. Kurduğun planlı odalar ve hatırlatmaların da silinir
• Tarafı olduğun bütün özel mesaj konuşmaları senin için hemen silinir

Konuşmalar hiç kaydedilmiyor, dolayısıyla silinecek bir konuşma kaydı veya transkript de yok.

Silinmeyenler

• 14 gün: özel mesajlaştığın kişide konuşmanız (mesajlar, görseller ve sesli mesajlar) 14 gün daha kalır, sonra tamamen silinir. Bu sürede şikâyet edilebilir; bir konuşmanın hesap silinerek şikâyet edilemez hâle getirilmesini önlemek içindir. Karşı taraf da hesabını silerse konuşma hemen silinir.
• En çok 90 gün: açık bir şikâyetin ya da bir makamın koruma emrinin kanıtı olan veri, şikâyet kapanana ya da emir süresi dolana kadar mühürlü tutulur ve sonra silinir; makam kararı daha uzun bir süre öngörüyorsa o süre geçerlidir. Mühürlü veri olağan işleyişte okunmaz.
• 90 gün: e-posta adresinin geri çevrilemeyen bir özeti, son görünen adın, silme tarihi ve o an süren bir askı ya da kısıt varsa bitiş tarihi ve kategorisi. Hesabı silip aynı e-postayla hemen yeniden üye olarak yaptırımdan kurtulmayı önlemek içindir; süre dolunca kendiliğinden silinir.
• 365 gün: yetkililerin yaptığı işlemlerin kaydı (hakkında verilen kararlar dahil). Yetkililerin denetlenebilmesi içindir.
• 90 gün: uygulamanın çökme raporları (Google Firebase Crashlytics). Hesabına bağlı değildir; hesap silme bunları etkilemez.

Silme ne zaman biter?

Silme normalde hemen tamamlanır. Geçici bir hata olursa hesap yine kilitlenir ve silme arka planda tamamlanır. Canlı ses sunucusundaki oda ve konuşma yetkileri de arka planda temizlenir; bu sırada hesabı kullanamazsın.

Uygulama ayrıca bildirimler için kullanılan cihaz kimliğinin (Firebase Installation ID) silinmesini Google'dan ister. Google'a göre bu kimliğin sistemlerinden tamamen kalkması 180 güne kadar sürebilir.

Yedekler ve günlükler

Yedekler için “tüm yedeklerden 7 günde silinir” gibi sabit bir süre sözü vermiyoruz. Teknik güvenlik günlükleri ve yedekler hakkında güncel bilgiyi support@noygg.com adresinden isteyebilirsin.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and everything linked to it. There are two ways: if you can sign in to NOYGG, deleting from inside the app is fastest; if you cannot get in, send us a request by email.

Delete in the app

• Open NOYGG and sign in.
• Open Settings with the gear icon at the top right.
• Tap Delete my account.
• Confirm Delete permanently.

Access ends the moment you confirm. You are not waiting for anyone's approval, and the action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot get into the app, email support@noygg.com from the address registered to the account and ask us to delete your NOYGG account. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm it is you — otherwise anyone could have someone else's account deleted. Once you are verified we process the request without unnecessary delay and tell you at the same address when it is done.

What is deleted

• Account and session data: email, display name, bio, password verification data and legal-declaration records
• Your display-name history, account security events, and support and appeal messages
• Membership invitations and links, blocks, suspension and account-related room-access records
• The device token for notifications held on our server (FCM)
• Every report involving you that is closed, with its note and context; no pseudonymous archive, case summary or counter is retained
• Every room you own; rooms close without being transferred to another participant. Scheduled rooms and reminders you set up are deleted too
• Every private conversation you are part of is deleted for you immediately

Conversations are never recorded, so there is no conversation recording or transcript to delete in the first place.

What is kept

• 14 days: the person you messaged keeps your conversation (messages, photos and voice messages) for 14 more days, then it is deleted completely. It can still be reported during that time, so that a conversation cannot be put beyond reporting by deleting an account. If the other person deletes their account too, the conversation is deleted at once.
• Up to 90 days: data that is evidence in an open report or in an authority's preservation order is kept sealed until the report is closed or the order expires, then deleted; if the authority's decision sets a longer period, that period applies. Sealed data is not read in ordinary operation.
• 90 days: a one-way hash of your email address, your last display name, the deletion date and, if a suspension or restriction was running, its end date and category. This stops someone from deleting an account and signing up again with the same email to escape a measure; it is deleted automatically afterwards.
• 365 days: the log of actions taken by staff, including decisions about you. It exists so that staff can be held accountable.
• 90 days: the app's crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics). They are not linked to your account, so deleting it does not affect them.

When is it finished?

Deletion normally completes right away. If a temporary error occurs, the account is still locked and deletion completes in the background. Rooms and speaking permissions on the live-audio server are also cleaned up in the background; you cannot use the account during that time.

The app also asks Google to delete the device identifier used for notifications (the Firebase Installation ID). According to Google, removing it fully from their systems can take up to 180 days.

We do not promise a fixed period such as clearing every backup “within 7 days”. You can ask about technical security logs and backups at support@noygg.com.
